Settings → Agreement templates

What each signer signs or accepts, by session type.

Settings → Agreement templates: a template is a session type plus who signs, in one of three forms — Sign (drawn signature), Accept (one-tap booking confirmation) or Supplement (signed, attached to a parent agreement). Versions are insert-only, Draft or Approved. Template names are placeholders: A2 ships no Studio templates; each flow's slice adds its own.

  1. Decided (Earl, 12 Oct 2026): a print is always sold framed, as one item. Its cost is a short list (print from the lab, frame from its supplier, any other part) that Studio adds up, instead of one Lab cost field. Handed to management: the Map (Catalog: an item in Prints holds size, options and lab cost) and the A2 spec (3g item 5: Prints keeps size, options, lab cost) need cost lines; row 11i (prints and folio offering) records “always framed”.
  2. Template preview is an on-page page in the agreement's look; “Preview as PDF” renders the real PDF. The agreement's own layout (her signing page, the PDF) belongs to each flow's mockup row, not this one.

One active template per signer and form. On production, nothing issues from a Draft: the signer's step waits and System health shows a Critical.
