Everything Studio sells, and which Session items each type offers.

Settings → Catalog with its Items and Types tabs. Items listed by the eight categories; one price per item; the item editor shows only its category's fields; price mode fixed or quoted; the price log; Prints empty until Earl stocks it (row 11i). Every name and price in brackets is a placeholder — A2 adds no Studio items; Portrait's come with slice C. RM 200 for the additional image is from the glossary.

Decided — Earl, 12 Oct 2026
  1. Decided (Earl, 12 Oct 2026): a print is always sold framed, as one item. Its cost is a short list (print from the lab, frame from its supplier, any other part) that Studio adds up, instead of one Lab cost field. Handed to management: the Map (Catalog: an item in Prints holds size, options and lab cost) and the A2 spec (3g item 5: Prints keeps size, options, lab cost) need cost lines; row 11i (prints and folio offering) records “always framed”.
  2. Types tab: each type's Session items as ticks, saved with the Save bar; the billable default is shown as a line, not a setting (it follows the type, Map).
  3. Price log sits on the item's page, newest first. Alternative: a separate log page across all items.
